About the Role
We are seeking an Adult Social Worker to join a Mental Health Home Treatment Team. This team supports vulnerable adults with mental health difficulties, helping them reintegrate into the community. The role involves conducting face-to-face visits within the community, implementing care plans, and carrying out assessments. The team offers a hybrid working lifestyle, balancing remote and office work. You will be part of a supportive environment with 1-2 weeks of onboarding training and access to nearby or onsite parking and accessible public transport.

Experience
Minimum of 1 year post ASYE experience is required. Experience working with dementia, mental health, older people, and physical disabilities is desirable.

You will be skilled in carrying out adult social care assessments using strength-based approaches to creatively identify solutions. You should be motivated, compassionate, and committed to supporting vulnerable adults in the community.

Qualifications
Social Work Degree, DipSW, or CQSW qualification is required.
