About the Role
We are seeking an Adult Social Worker to join a Locality Team dedicated to supporting individuals aged 18 and over. This team works with people who may have learning disabilities (LD), physical disabilities (PD), mental health (MH) difficulties, or older adults. The role involves carrying out face-to-face assessments, including Care Act 2014 and Mental Capacity Act (MCA) assessments. This is a long-term case holding position within a friendly and welcoming team environment. Parking is available nearby or onsite, and the location is accessible via public transport.

Experience
Minimum of 1 year post ASYE experience. Experience working with adults aged 65+, physical disabilities, learning disabilities, mental health, and/or hospital settings is required.

About you
You will be confident in completing necessary assessments related to Adult Social Care. You should be able to work independently within a supportive team and demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications
Social Work Degree, DipSW, or CQSW qualification is required.
