About the Role
We are seeking an Adult Social Worker to join a Community Mental Health Team supporting vulnerable adults with mental health difficulties. The role involves attending face-to-face visits within the community, implementing care plans, and carrying out assessments. The team provides regular supervision and continuous support throughout the post, fostering a collaborative and supportive working environment. This position offers a hybrid working lifestyle, balancing remote work with onsite presence. Parking is available nearby or onsite, and the location is accessible via public transport.

Experience
Minimum of 1 year post ASYE experience is required. Experience working with dementia, mental health, older people, and physical disabilities is desirable.

About you
You will be responsible for carrying out necessary assessments related to adult social care, using strength-based approaches to creatively identify solutions. You should be motivated, compassionate, and able to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications
Social Work Degree, DipSW, or CQSW qualification is required.
