About the Role
We are seeking an Adult Social Worker to join a Mental Health Home Treatment Team. This team supports vulnerable adults with mental health difficulties, helping them reintegrate into the community. The role involves conducting face-to-face visits within the community, implementing care plans, and carrying out assessments. The position offers a hybrid working lifestyle, balancing remote and office work. Onboarding training of 1 to 2 weeks will be provided to support your integration into the team. Parking is available nearby or onsite, and the location is accessible via public transport.

Experience
Minimum of 1 year post ASYE experience in adult social care. Experience working with dementia, mental health, older people, and physical disabilities is desirable.

About you
You will be skilled in carrying out necessary assessments related to adult social care, using strength-based approaches to creatively identify solutions. You should be motivated, compassionate, and committed to supporting vulnerable adults in the community.

Qualifications
Social Work Degree, DipSW, or CQSW qualification is required.
