About the Role
We are seeking an Adult Social Worker to join a friendly and welcoming Locality Team. This team supports individuals aged 18 and over within the community, including those with Learning Disabilities (LD), Physical Disabilities (PD), Mental Health (MH) difficulties, or older adults. The role involves carrying out face-to-face assessments, including Care Act 2014 and Mental Capacity Act (MCA) assessments. This is a long-term case holding position where you will work closely with service users to provide essential social care support. Parking is available nearby or onsite, and the location is accessible by public transport.

Experience
- Minimum of 1 year post ASYE experience
- Experience working with adults aged 65+, Physical Disabilities, Learning Disabilities, Mental Health, and/or hospital settings

About you
You will be confident in completing necessary assessments related to Adult Social Care and able to work effectively within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications
- Social Work Degree, DipSW, or CQSW required
