About the Role
We are looking for an Adult's Deputy Team Manager to join a Hospital Team. It is REQUIRED to have a Social Work Qualification with at least 2 years of post-qualified experience. The team is responsible for conducting assessments and ensuring care plans are in place for vulnerable individuals leaving hospital. You will conduct Section 117 assessments that may need to be done with integrated services to ensure a safe discharge when mental health issues are present. Additionally, this position involves aiding in the day-to-day running of the team by supervising Social Workers to ensure they are working according to necessary protocols and with the patients' best interests in mind.

Experience
Experience working as a Senior Practitioner or Deputy Team Manager in a hospital or community-based team is essential for this role.

About you
A degree in Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of 2 years post-qualified experience is essential. A valid UK driving licence and vehicle are preferred but not essential for this role.
