About the Role
We are looking for an Adult's Social Worker to join a Community Team. The team is multi-faceted and works with a variety of different service users, including those with learning disabilities, OPPD, substance misuse, and homelessness. The primary goal is to provide these individuals with the competence and autonomy to live their lives without unnecessary support. Additionally, the team is expected to carry out Section 42 assessments, risk assessments, and Mental Capacity Assessments (MCA).
Experience
It is REQUIRED to have a Social Work Qualification with at least 2 years of post-qualified experience. Experience working within a Community or Locality team is highly desirable for this role.
About you
It is paramount to have a degree in Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with at least 2 years of post-qualified experience. You should be passionate about supporting individuals and enhancing their quality of life.
Qualifications
A degree in Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) is essential.
