About the Role
We are looking for an Adult's Social Worker to join a Mental Health Team. This role requires a Social Work qualification with a minimum of 2 years post-qualified experience. The team works to provide a specialist service to adults aged over 18 to support recovery from periods of difficulty with their mental health and to help individuals stay as independent as possible. The day-to-day responsibilities include carrying out Mental Health Capacity Act assessments, completing S117 aftercare, S27 assessments, and fulfilling full care act duties.

Experience
Experience working in a Mental Health setting is vital in order to be considered for this role.

You will need to have an understanding of how to work with hard-to-engage adults and a passion for integrated work.

Qualifications
A degree in Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of 2 years experience is essential to be considered for this role.
