As a Data Science Analyst, you will lead initiatives in advanced analytics, machine learning, and data-driven decision-making. You will design scalable models, optimize algorithms, and collaborate across teams to deliver actionable insights that align with business objectives. You will develop new approaches and tools to enable advanced modeling and statistical analysis on large, disparate data sources.

Your work will involve understanding stakeholders’ urgent questions, applying statistical methods and models to provide answers or recommendations, and partnering with data engineers to create tools that support sophisticated analytics within the database. Experience
1+ years of related experience in a professional role or equivalent experience. Expertise in statistical modeling, machine learning, and data visualization. Proficiency in Python/R and experience with big data platforms. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Motivated to drive continuous improvement through experimentation and innovation. Able to collaborate effectively across teams and communicate insights clearly.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field is a plus. Certifications in AI/ML or cloud data platforms are desirable. Technical knowledge of machine learning best practices, understanding of Python programming and other relevant languages (R, Java, SQL, DAX). Familiarity with PowerAutomate or equivalent automation applications and standard Data Visualization tools such as PowerBI. Business case management and Business Analysis expertise are advantageous.
