The Alternatives Portfolio Management Group is dedicated to optimizing investor performance and experience. The Platform Management team, within this group, drives day-to-day portfolio decision-making by partnering with investment teams, capital markets, engineering, and investor relations to achieve superior outcomes for clients.
Platform Management consists of two key roles:
- Fund Management: responsible for liquidity strategies, capital activity management, deal allocation analysis, capital deployment recommendations, and performance attribution.
- Deal & Structuring Management: responsible for managing complex fund structures, cash movements, deal allocations, foreign currency management, deal execution, and pipeline management.
Key responsibilities include daily liquidity management, forecasting funding needs, developing liquidity recommendations, conducting attribution analysis, monitoring investment guidelines, partnering on fundraising and fund structure creation, tracking performance metrics, facilitating deal execution and closing, resolving legal and operational matters, coordinating capital calls and distributions, supporting senior management requests, and advancing technology initiatives related to these activities.
Experience
1-4 years of experience in a financial services setting with a strong analytical orientation.

Financial acumen to prepare cash flows and performance metrics impacting investor returns and product performance. Self-starter with a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced, high-pressure, results-driven environment. Strong judgment and problem-solving skills. Qualifications
