As a Change Management Associate within AWM, you will lead high priority initiatives supporting global AWM businesses. You will collaborate with Deal Execution teams, Sales, Product Managers, Operations, and Engineers to ensure solutions are delivered effectively and benefits are realized.

You will be comfortable working with ambiguity to understand complex business challenges and technical issues, structuring and delivering tangible business benefits. You will lead strategic cross-divisional initiatives using appropriate methodologies and governance tools to drive timely, on-budget, and high-quality implementations. Managing risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle, you will work to ensure practical resolutions. You will exert influence to drive delivery, manage stakeholders, and ensure optimal solutions are achieved.

Requirements

Experience
Minimum 2+ years’ relevant experience in a comparable role.
Proven track record of driving solutions and benefits delivery.
Significant experience in empowerment, situational awareness, increasing transparency, and conflict resolution on large-scale programs.
Hands-on approach with the ability and willingness to work alongside team members while coaching them to achieve efficient and effective performance levels.

Ability to provide creative and innovative solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral, confident in stakeholder interactions.
Strong change management skills including defining business cases and scope, articulating issues, challenges, risks, dependencies and solutions, status reporting, and test execution.
