About the Role
As an Assistant Restaurant Manager at The Cadogan you will join our fantastic Food & Beverage team who look after each other, our amazing property and our guests. If you are looking to develop your skills and be part of the future of luxury, this is your moment. You will support the Restaurant General Manager and Deputy General Manager in the day-to-day running of the restaurant and bar, delivering exceptional guest service and leading the team by example. Your responsibilities will include supervising, coaching and supporting the restaurant team to maintain high service standards, assisting with staff scheduling, reservations and ensuring smooth daily operations. You will handle guest enquiries and resolve complaints professionally, ensure accurate cash handling and completion of opening and closing procedures, maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and compliance, and complete effective shift handovers.
