The post holder will work closely with the Service Manager and Clinical leadership team and the role is within a multidisciplinary team and requires the ability to liaise with all disciplines of staff i.e. Audiologist, SLTs, OTs, PTs, Nurses and administrative colleagues. The post holder is responsible for tracking service activity through the collation of data for the service using relevant databases and clinical systems, and will provide a high standard of professional and patient focused service to a range of Trust-wide specialties' and will support the function on a day-to day operational basis. The successful candidate will have a good understanding of clinical systems, strong communication skills, attention to details and be proactive to achieve desired outcomes. Candidates must be flexible to the needs of the service, attend meetings as and when necessary and have excellent communication skills.
