We are seeking an Associate to join our London-based Presentations production team. This team manages the ongoing production and maintenance of core and custom product presentations on a monthly and quarterly update cycle, supporting client, event, and prospective interactions.

You will cover several product areas as primary or backup, contribute to development projects to enhance team resilience and production efficiency, and serve as a key contact for stakeholders across Product and Channel Marketing, Compliance, Product Specialists, Investment Desks, distribution partners, Client Experience, Salesforce development, MarTech, and other project teams. You will also oversee our third-party provider supporting production.

This role involves ownership of strategic projects to streamline and standardize presentation content, automate production through a Seismic slide library system with Vermillion data automation, and implement process improvements. A growth mindset and adaptability to organizational change in a fast-paced production environment are essential. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

Experience
- Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced production environment with quarter- and month-end deadlines and ad-hoc demands
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills with confidence to engage and influence all organizational levels including senior management
- Solid understanding of financial markets and investment products, with eagerness to deepen knowledge of Janus Henderson’s product set
- Experience with Fixed Income and Alternatives asset classes is an asset
- Expertise in product-specific data such as performance, returns-based and holdings-based characteristics
- Strong knowledge of the EMEA regulatory environment impacting marketing collateral and ability to identify non-compliant content
- Proficient in PowerPoint for professional presentation construction, with good skills in Word, Excel, and Microsoft Teams
- Flexible, pragmatic problem-solving mindset with strong project management capabilities
- Marketing experience within financial services and managing external resources

About you
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy, relevance, and consistency in data and content
- Ability to ensure presentations meet style guidelines, regulatory requirements, and client expectations
- Collaborative team player with a growth mindset and willingness to embrace change
- Experience coordinating new distribution tools and automation solutions (e.g., Seismic live docs) is desirable
- Background in graphics, creative design, brand, macro-economic content, or automation technology solutions is a plus
- Experience working with offshore delivery partners and managing file retention for audit and compliance
- Familiarity with multiple vehicle marketing (Separate/Segregated Account, Mutual Fund, UCIT, OEIC, SICAV, VIT, ETF) is advantageous
