About the Role
Join Moonbug Entertainment's Consumer Products & Experiences International (CP&E Int'l) team based in London as an Associate Retail Manager. Reporting to the Retail Marketing Director, you will work closely with commercial and franchise teams to drive awareness and sell-through of consumer products across retail channels in key EMEA and APAC markets. Your main focus will be developing and executing retail marketing campaigns and activities across omni-channel product distribution, managing relationships with key retailers and licensees, and supporting retail marketing strategies for identified markets.

Key responsibilities include managing consumer products retail marketing campaigns and product launches from ideation to execution, tracking and optimizing paid advertising campaigns, briefing creative teams for campaign assets, leading Amazon shop creative and paid media, managing influencer relationships, and leading the UK B2C newsletter project. You will also seek new marketing opportunities, stay updated on media and retail trends, and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Additionally, you will support retail marketing strategy by preparing pitch decks, analyzing markets and competitors, developing franchise calendars, and collaborating with cross-functional teams including content distribution, gaming, and experiences. Professional development through trade shows, trainings, and marketing events is encouraged to maintain industry knowledge and cultivate business relationships.

Experience
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience in licensing, product, and/or retail marketing, preferably within entertainment brands with multiple consumer touchpoints (content, consumer products, experiences, gaming, etc.)
- Experience in operational marketing and omnichannel approaches
- Knowledge and experience in organic and paid social media
- Amazon AMS knowledge and experience
