This is an exciting opportunity to lead a skilled team, manage a significant AV portfolio, and ensure the seamless delivery of meetings, events and hybrid collaboration experiences for everyone from frontline services to senior leaders and elected members. You'll combine strategic oversight with hands-on operational leadership, managing AV technologies, supplier relationships, budgets, service performance and event delivery. Above all, you'll be passionate about providing exceptional customer experiences and driving continuous improvement.

Experience
- Proven experience managing AV services and large-scale event production
- Strong knowledge of audio visual systems, sound, lighting and integrated technologies
- Experience leading teams and developing high-performing services
