As the Property & Assets Application Manager, you'll lead the support, maintenance and continuous improvement of key property services applications. You'll work closely with operational teams, suppliers and senior stakeholders to ensure systems remain reliable, effective and aligned to business needs.
You will play a vital role in managing application performance, resolving complex technical issues, overseeing upgrades and enhancements, supporting integrations and APIs, and helping shape the future development of the council's property and asset management systems.
Experience
- Strong knowledge of property, repairs or asset management systems.
- Experience managing, supporting and improving corporate business applications.
- Good understanding of IT operational best practice, including ITIL principles.
- Experience working with SQL databases, system integrations and APIs.
- Ability to troubleshoot, own and resolve complex application support issues and improve user experience.
- Experience working effectively with senior stakeholders and external suppliers.
- Experience documenting system knowledge, support processes and configuration to improve service resilience and support handover across a team.
