We are seeking a qualified Social Worker or Occupational Therapist to join us as Deputy Team Manager of the Mental Health Reablement Team. This team provides up to 10 weeks of focused social care intervention for service users with a primary mental health need. Using techniques such as motivational interviewing and task-centred social work, the team is dedicated to helping service users thrive by building on their existing strengths and networks.
In this role, you will assist the Team Manager in developing and managing the service, providing leadership and line management through supervision, team meetings and group reflective practice. You will be part of a well-established, friendly and supportive team with access to regular supervision and a wide range of training and development opportunities.
Experience
Qualified Social Worker or Occupational Therapist with experience working with people who have complex needs and a range of mental health issues. Experience supervising staff and working in partnership with statutory and third sector agencies is essential.

Committed to developing service user-focused services with excellent leadership skills. Knowledgeable about relevant legislation and policy. Able to provide oversight, leadership and line management within a supportive team environment.
Qualifications
Relevant professional qualification as a Social Worker or Occupational Therapist.
