About the Role
Join the internal audit team at The Southwest London Audit Partnership. This role is ideal for a motivated graduate or someone with equivalent experience interested in public sector auditing. You will learn about internal audit, risk, and assurance while assisting on audits across Council Directorates and service areas. Responsibilities include attending meetings with clients, helping plan and complete work within deadlines, and preparing clear reports documenting findings and recommendations. You will be supported to study for an Internal Auditor qualification and contribute to supporting the work of local government.
Support Provided
On the job training and guidance will be provided. You will receive support to achieve a relevant professional qualification. The role operates a hybrid working model, balancing time between the office and home to support work-life balance.
Experience
Applicants with a graduate level education or equivalent experience are welcome. Interest in public sector auditing or relevant experience is desirable.
