About the Role
As a Band 6 Community Rotational Physiotherapist, you will work closely with patients and their carers to promote self-management strategies. You will represent the service at multi-disciplinary team meetings, discussing patient care, progress, and involvement in discharge planning and ongoing rehabilitation needs. Your responsibilities will include maintaining accurate treatment records that meet legal and statistical requirements, as well as providing comprehensive progress and discharge reports to GPs, consultants, patients, and other members of the multi-disciplinary team. You will manage clinical risk within your patient caseload and work flexibly to provide cover in other clinical areas as needed due to staff shortages.

Experience
Previous experience in a physiotherapy role is essential, with a focus on community settings preferred.

Qualifications
