You will raise concerns to senior staff, complete documentation, plan care, present cases to the Multi-Disciplinary Team, and liaise with colleagues across nursing, occupational therapy, medics, psychology, and administration. Experience
A minimum of 6 months paid experience as a Community Psychiatric Nurse in a UK hospital environment within the last 3 years

Committed to providing high-quality mental health care with excellent communication and assessment skills. Able to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Flexible and adaptable to varied community settings. Full UK driving licence and own vehicle required. Depending on the Trust, additional certifications and skills may be necessary.
