Flexible ad hoc shifts covering a 7 day rota (Monday to Sunday), primarily morning shifts from 07:30 to 15:30

Salary
£26,562 per annum (pro rata)

About the Role
We are recruiting Bank Kitchen Assistants with previous experience in catering, kitchen, or hospitality environments to cover flexible shifts as needed for annual leave, sickness, training, and other absences. You will assist the Chef in maintaining all catering areas to a high standard of hygiene, cleanliness, tidiness, and safety in line with operational standards. Your duties will include preparing, cooking, and serving food safely, washing up after meals, and ensuring the overall cleanliness of the kitchen and dining areas where appropriate. Experience
- Previous catering experience
- Experience working in a care or hospital environment preferred

Qualifications
- Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
- Knowledge of HACCP and Food Safety Training
