About the Role
We are recruiting a driven Barista to join Gather & Gather, delivering beautifully crafted drinks for CH&CO. In this role, you will use your skills to provide first-class service and perfectly crafted coffees to our customers. Your shift pattern will typically include full-time day shifts from Tuesday to Thursday.

Experience
Previous experience in customer service and hands-on experience with brewing equipment is required.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare perfectly blended drinks and serve high-quality food that delights customers
- Keep the bar area clean
- Receive and process payments (cash and credit cards)
- Maintain stock of clean mugs and plates
- Learn about brewing methods, beverage blends, food preparation, and presentation techniques
- Check brewing equipment operation and report maintenance needs
- Represent CH&CO and maintain a positive brand image
- Comply with Food Handling & Hygiene standards and Health & Safety regulations
