As a Junior Sous Chef, you will join a dedicated kitchen team of six, including a Head Chef, Sous Chef, Junior Sous Chef, two Chef de Parties, and a Breakfast Chef. Your key responsibilities will include inventing and creating menus that align with client and customer needs, producing food in a timely manner to ensure smooth service, ensuring every dish is ‘picture perfect’, assisting in developing new service styles and food concepts, and communicating ingredient requirements for planned menus.
