About the Role
We are recruiting an experienced Catering Supervisor who is passionate about exceptional food and world-class customer service. In this role, you will confidently oversee all Compass Group UK&I catering and service operations for CH&CO, ensuring kitchens and service counters run smoothly and delivering truly incredible food experiences. Your key responsibilities will include preparing delicious food to the highest standards, supervising culinary and catering teams to maintain impeccable food and customer service, communicating regularly with your line manager to monitor KPIs and targets, representing Compass Group UK&I positively, liaising between customers and teams to exceed expectations, supporting and training teams by leading from the front, and implementing and reviewing Health & Safety standards to ensure compliance across all catering and service teams.

Experience
Minimum of two years catering experience with proven experience managing teams in a similar role.

Qualifications
Basic Food Hygiene certificate is required.
