Hours
You will be required to work a mixture of early and late shifts. The earliest start is 04:30 with the latest finish time of 22:30. All shifts are 8 hours long.

£14.91 per hour
About the Role
As a Bartender at the British Airways Lounges, you will craft and serve high-quality alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while delivering exceptional customer service. You will prepare drinks with accuracy and consistency, engage with guests to take orders and make personalised recommendations, and create innovative cocktail recipes by staying up-to-date with mixology trends. Maintaining a clean and organised bar area, adhering to health, safety and sanitation regulations, and collaborating with other staff to ensure smooth operations are key responsibilities. You will also assist with ingredient preparation and mise en place for dishes, uphold food safety standards, and continuously expand your beverage knowledge through workshops and tastings.
This role is based at an international airport; therefore, successful applicants will require photographic ID and must pass a basic disclosure check. To obtain an airside pass, verifiable evidence of your past 5 years of work and education history will be required.

Experience
Previous experience in a similar role, especially within the food service industry, is often a plus but not essential.
