As a Chef de Partie, you will prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards set by the head or sous chef, ensuring food safety standards are always met. You will manage your station, oversee the production of all dishes assigned to you, maintain cleanliness and supplies, and collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality food. You will also assist with menu development by working alongside the head chef to create and taste new recipes.

Requirements

Experience
Proven experience working as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role
Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Qualifications
