About the Role
Framestore’s Immersive Studio is a world-leading innovator in crafting immersive experiences that transcend the screen, combining creative craftsmanship with technical prowess to reframe expectations for IP owners and their guests. As a Bidding Producer, you will join the business development team to create compelling RFP responses and bidding packages for Framestore clients. This role involves collaborating closely with Creative Directors, VFX supervisors, and department heads to develop the best approaches for each project. You will manage multiple bid breakdowns simultaneously, report progress to Immersive department management, and coordinate with senior leadership to plan capacity and discuss financials. Working alongside Contracts Management, you will help propose and negotiate payment schedules. Building and nurturing strong client relationships is key, as is staying current with developments in the Immersive industry. You will also produce relevant tests through visual development and guide awarded projects through pre-production up to asset turnover. This is a fast-paced, global role requiring collaboration across multiple time zones and a passion for immersive technology and innovation.

Experience
- Proven experience as an Immersive, Realtime, or VFX Producer managing projects from start to finish.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver detailed and accurate bids under time pressure.
- Up-to-date knowledge of VFX, Immersive, or Realtime workflows.
- Experience working in a small global team environment.
- Previous experience as a Bidding Producer in VFX, Games, or Immersive industries is desirable.
- Experience using CRM software, particularly Salesforce, is a plus.
