We are seeking a Line Producer to join our Immersive team in London. This role is ideal for someone passionate about projects beyond the traditional 16:9 screen format. You will be central to production, planning, scheduling, and delivering high-quality work while supporting a talented team of artists, supervisors, creatives, developers, and producers both in studio and onsite for testing and installation.

You will collaborate closely with Producers, Supervisors, and Heads of Department to ensure smooth production workflows. Responsibilities include building and managing project schedules, tracking progress across departments, and aligning teams on creative goals and delivery timelines. You will be the primary contact for day-to-day production alongside coordinators, ensuring timely and accurate communication.

Key duties include organising and running meetings, reviews, and daily sessions; maintaining production tools and databases with notes and key information; anticipating challenges and resolving issues proactively; coordinating client deliveries; managing post-production wrap-ups; overseeing project coordinators; and partnering with crewing, pipeline, and technical teams to ensure appropriate staffing and resources.

Experience
- Strong interest in immersive projects, gaming, location-based experiences, theme park attractions, or immersive theatre, with the ability to discuss existing and upcoming industry developments.
- Experience as a Senior Coordinator, Line Producer, or Production Manager on large-scale VFX, realtime, or immersive projects.
- Proficient scheduling and forecasting skills using Shotgun/Shotgrid, ideally Jira or similar tools.
- Solid understanding of VFX workflows and terminology.
- Experience with realtime production workflows utilizing game engines is highly desirable.
