About the Role

We are seeking a Biology Technician to support the practical and technical aspects of the science curriculum by preparing, providing, maintaining, organising, and managing the resources required for healthy, safe, secure, and engaging practical activities for staff and students. A candidate with suitable experience may be appointed as a Senior Technician, responsible for the administration of science departments and line management of technician colleagues, including training and performance management. Experience
Experience working as a biology technician within a science department is essential. Experience supporting a range of subjects on both A Level and BTEC curriculum is desirable. Experience in administration and line management is required for Senior Technician roles.

Qualifications
