About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Hair Lecturer to join our growing Hair & Beauty team. This permanent, part-time role (14 hours per week) involves teaching level 1-3 beauty therapy students, delivering efficient and effective instruction within a controlled salon environment.

You will bring practical skills and experience from the beauty therapy industry as a beautician, holding at least a Level 3 qualification in beauty therapy alongside a teaching qualification. The role requires planning, delivering, and assessing practical workshop activities, supporting students undertaking vocational qualifications. This opportunity is open to both qualified teachers and industry professionals looking to retrain in teaching.

Experience
Proven experience working in the beauty therapy industry as a beautician is essential. Experience in teaching or training within a vocational setting is desirable but not mandatory, as this role is also open to skilled industry professionals seeking to retrain.
