About the Role
The British Museum is seeking a detail-oriented Building Drawing Inventory Officer to manage and maintain the comprehensive inventory of building drawings. This role involves cataloguing, updating, and ensuring the accuracy of architectural and building plans across the museum’s estate. You will work closely with the facilities and conservation teams to support the preservation and management of the museum’s infrastructure through meticulous record keeping and data management. Experience
Experience in managing technical drawings, building plans, or similar documentation is highly desirable. Familiarity with inventory systems and data management tools is advantageous.

Qualifications
A background in architecture, building surveying, facilities management, or a related field is preferred but not essential. Relevant experience and a demonstrated ability to manage technical documentation will be considered.
