About the Role
Are you an experienced Building Fabric Maintenance professional looking for your next challenge? Arcus FM is recruiting a skilled and reliable Building Fabric Specialist to join our facilities maintenance team. You will deliver high-quality planned and reactive maintenance services across a portfolio of multi-site clients.

This is a mobile role offering variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to showcase your expertise across a range of building fabric tasks. You will work across multiple client sites ensuring facilities are safe, fully functional, and well-maintained.

Your responsibilities will include delivering effective repairs and maintenance to a high standard, responding promptly and professionally to reactive issues, maintaining clear documentation using handheld IT systems, and supporting customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.

Experience
- Time-served, hands-on experience in multiple trades, ideally within fabric maintenance
- Experience in retail or multi-site maintenance environments is desirable
- Core trade skills including patch plastering and rendering, carpentry and joinery, floor and wall coverings (tiling, vinyl etc), basic plumbing, changing locks and fittings, and general fabric repairs
- Confidence working independently and in customer-facing environments
- Comfortable using handheld IT equipment for work management and documentation

Qualifications
- NVQ, City & Guilds, BTEC, or equivalent qualifications in a relevant trade
- Valid UK driver's licence
- Solid knowledge of health & safety standards
