About the Role
Are you an experienced Multi Skilled Engineer ready to take the next step in your career? Arcus FM is recruiting a dedicated Multi Skilled Shift Engineer to join our Operations team, ensuring mechanical, electrical, and fabric infrastructure is well-maintained, compliant, and responsive to the needs of our site-based client in North West London.

In this role, you will deliver both planned and reactive maintenance services across our client portfolio using CAFM systems and handheld devices. You will ensure compliance, safety, and efficiency in all engineering operations while upholding high standards aligned with company values.

Key responsibilities include executing Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) using Ostara, responding promptly to building alarms, managing reactive maintenance tasks via CAFM system to meet SLA targets, closing out PPMs timely and following up remedial actions, liaising with supervisors and teams, escorting subcontractors during maintenance visits, providing cover during holidays and sickness, participating in minor engineering projects, maintaining 100% compliance, adhering to permit to work processes, ordering materials and obtaining quotes, being part of the out-of-hours call-out rota for priority works, and providing first-time fixes wherever practicable.

Experience
Minimum 3 years time-served experience in Electrical, Mechanical, or Fabric disciplines.

Qualifications
- City & Guilds Parts 1 & 2 or NVQ Level 3 in Electrical or Mechanical discipline
- Desirable: City & Guilds Part 3 or NVQ Level 2
- 2391 Inspection & Testing of Electrical Installations
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- IPAF / PASMA certification within last 3 years
- Valid First Aid certificate
- Experience as an LV/HV Authorised Person
- Full UK Driving Licence
