About the Role
Join Peabody as a Building Safety Manager and play a pivotal role in shaping safer homes across London. You will lead the implementation of the Building Safety Act 2022 for our high-rise residential portfolio, ensuring compliance, managing risks, and driving a culture of safety excellence. As a Building Safety Manager, you will be the key point of contact for building safety across an allocated geographical patch, ensuring full compliance with the Building Safety Act 2022. You will identify and manage safety risks, carry out inspections, and work closely with internal teams and external regulators to keep our homes safe and secure. Alongside this, you will lead resident engagement by providing clear updates, managing safety-related concerns, and promoting a culture of trust and transparency.

Experience
Proven experience managing building and fire safety in residential high-rise buildings.
Strong understanding of construction, fire risk assessments, and relevant guidance such as Approved Document B and BS9991.

Qualifications
