About the Role
Pinnacle Group is seeking a dedicated Bulk Operative to maintain high standards of external cleanliness across various sites in Canning Town. As part of our Soft FM team, you will be responsible for a wide range of cleaning, grounds maintenance, and caretaking services to ensure community assets are well-maintained. Your role will involve traveling to different sites to remove bulk waste, ensuring sites are health and safety compliant and aesthetically pleasing. Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all bulk waste is removed from managed areas within agreed timeframes
- Carry out day-to-day duties according to daily schedule, including collecting bulk waste and household items from PFI managed estates
- Drive the company vehicle responsibly and carry out daily maintenance checks
- Dispose of all collected waste at designated waste disposal sites
- Keep daily records of waste streams collected
- Participate in cleaning and deep cleaning activities as required

Experience
- Experience driving a 7.5t van is required
- Previous experience in bulk waste removal or similar role is advantageous

About You
- Reliable, flexible, and able to work independently
- Good level of fitness as heavy lifting is required
- Physically fit and able to operate heavy cleaning machinery
- Must be over 21 years old for insurance purposes

Qualifications
- Full UK Driving Licence required
- CPC Licence required
