About the Role
Pinnacle Group is seeking a proactive Deputy Property Manager to provide day-to-day support to our Property Management Team. This varied role combines administrative duties with on-site property management for a large portfolio of 23 residential blocks at Trinity Walk, serving a mixed tenure of social housing and private leaseholders. You will assist with block management, service charges, and resident engagement activities.
You will join our Homes team, which delivers trusted housing management solutions with a collaborative, commercially minded, yet socially principled approach across Affordable, Private Rented, and Leasehold properties.
The role involves supporting Property Managers with customer portal administration, service charge accounts, contractor payments, site visits and reporting, instructing and verifying contractor work, issuing notices and newsletters, arranging estate events, managing on-site staff, and coordinating health and safety assessments and related actions.
Experience
- Previous block/property management experience is essential.
- Experience using Qube and/or FixFlo is desirable.

Qualifications
- Property management qualification is desirable.
