About the Role
Pinnacle Group are seeking a professional Concierge Officer to provide exceptional front-of-house services to residents and visitors on a luxury, high-end housing site in Battersea. You will join the Homes team within our Residential Management Services, which oversees large, complex residential developments across the UK, delivering expert leasehold and block management on behalf of institutional investors, developers, and residents’ management companies.

Your key responsibilities will include greeting and assisting guests, managing building access, handling inquiries, and ensuring a welcoming and safe environment. You will be the first point of contact in a vibrant community, delivering outstanding customer service with a friendly and professional demeanour.

Experience
Experience working with the public is essential, ideally in a 5-star service-related, customer-facing capacity.

Qualifications
Must hold a valid SIA Licence.
CCTV Licence preferred but not essential.
