About the Role
Pinnacle Group are seeking a professional Concierge Officer to provide exceptional front-of-house services to residents and visitors on a luxury, high-end housing site in Battersea. You will join our Homes team, part of the Residential Management Services division, which oversees large, complex residential developments across the UK, delivering expert leasehold and block management on behalf of institutional investors, developers, and residents’ management companies.

Your key responsibilities will include greeting and assisting guests, managing building access, handling inquiries, and ensuring a welcoming and safe environment. You will monitor the inbox and respond to emails promptly, sign visitors and contractors in and out, patrol the site to report repairs or suspicious activity, assist with parcel storage and logging, issue keys and access codes to contractors with proper authorization, and maintain cleanliness of front desk and lobby areas. Additionally, you will report any faults with fire alarm panels, emergency lighting, dry risers, or smoke detection systems and obtain monthly meter reads for communal electricity meters.

Experience
Experience working with the public is essential, ideally in a 5-star service-related, customer-facing capacity.

Qualifications
Must hold a valid SIA Licence.
CCTV Licence preferred.
