About the Role
Pinnacle Group is seeking an experienced Nominations and Lettings Coordinator to provide day-to-day support for the Property Management Team. You will manage the nominations and lettings process, request applicants from Local Authorities, progress tenancy applications and referencing, and conduct tenancy sign ups. The Homes team manages a large mixed portfolio of new and existing Affordable homes nationwide, including Affordable and Social Rent, Shared Ownership, and Supported homes.
Key responsibilities include managing choice-based lettings systems to request applicants ahead of void property handovers, progressing applicants through CRM and referencing systems while keeping them updated, coordinating move-in appointments, and arranging tenancy sign ups for Property Managers. You will also work alongside the income team to take rent in advance payments and ensure compliance documents are issued and registered accurately within required timeframes.
Additionally, you will lead and manage the administration of the client’s customer portal, respond to housing management queries, allocate cases to Property Managers and Income Team as appropriate, and ensure high-quality responses and system updates. Drafting addendums, pet licences, parking agreements, and other legal documentation will also form part of your role.

Experience
Proven experience in managing nominations and lettings processes is essential. Experience working with choice-based lettings systems, CRM, and referencing systems is required.

You will be proactive and able to work under your own initiative. Excellent administrative, organisational, and communication skills are a must. Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and relevant software, are essential.
