About the Role
Pinnacle Group is seeking a diligent Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our Soft Facilities Management Grounds Maintenance teams. You will be responsible for ensuring outdoor spaces are well-maintained and visually appealing across housing sites including new builds, extra care sites, and sheltered accommodation. Your duties will include mowing lawns, trimming hedges, planting, weeding, and general landscape upkeep. You will also operate gardening equipment, powered hand tools, and ride-on machinery, as well as assist with salt and grit spreading to maintain safe pathways. This role involves driving company vehicles and transporting plant, machinery, and equipment. Our Soft Facilities Management division delivers essential services to homes, schools, universities, and public sector organisations, focusing on creating clean, safe, and welcoming environments with a commitment to quality, community impact, and customer care.

Experience
Professional grounds maintenance or gardening experience is required. Knowledge of relevant health and safety legislation and safety procedures is essential.
