About the Role
Pinnacle Group are seeking a Property Partnerships Account Manager to lead and manage relationships with institutional-grade clients. You will play a central role in setting the standard for strong, positive engagement with both clients and internal stakeholders. Working closely with the Partnerships Account Director, Associate Director of Operations, Head of Mobilisation and the projects team, your focus will be on driving business development and service improvement to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery across the portfolio.

You will join our Homes team based in Holborn, London. The Homes business serves communities by providing trusted housing management solutions. We take a collaborative and commercially minded, yet socially principled approach across our portfolio of Affordable, Private Rented and Leasehold properties.

The role involves presenting, leading and delivering performance contract meetings and reporting packs within contracted terms. You will be the key point of delivery, working with the operations team to meet commercial objectives monthly. Acting as the key contact for escalations, you will work closely with the Head of Regions and operational teams to maintain strong client relationships.

Additional responsibilities include delivering monthly KPI reporting packs, coordinating finance and budget reports, assisting with internal budget setting, supporting contract mobilisation, monitoring revenue streams and managing monthly invoicing with month-end commentary.

Requirements

Experience
Proven senior-level experience in property management, ideally across affordable housing, private rental and residential lettings sectors. Demonstrated track record of driving service improvement and business development with strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to lead client relationships.

Excellent communication and analytical skills with a hands-on approach to identifying service gaps and implementing solutions. Qualifications
ARLA or CIH qualification desirable.
