About the Role
Pinnacle Group is seeking a Talent Development Partner to join our People Team. Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering learning and development initiatives across the organisation. Your immediate focus will be designing and embedding a consistent Induction Process and Onboarding Policy to ensure all new colleagues have a seamless and engaging experience from day one.
You will lead the development of a skills framework for frontline managers, supporting leadership and management capability building. Over time, you will broaden your remit to deliver a full range of talent and development initiatives, ensuring colleagues at all levels have access to meaningful learning, career development, and progression opportunities.
This is a hands-on role requiring creativity to design engaging content and confidence to deliver impactful sessions across a diverse and geographically dispersed workforce.
Key responsibilities include designing, implementing and evaluating induction and onboarding processes; creating and rolling out a skills framework for frontline managers; delivering learning and development programmes across the employee lifecycle; conducting organisational needs assessments; supporting succession planning and coaching; acting as a trusted L&D advisor; managing budgets and training records; and staying abreast of the latest trends in learning and talent development.

Experience
- Proven background in Learning & Development or Talent Development roles, ideally within fast-paced, multi-site service industries such as facilities management, hospitality, retail, or property.
- Strong experience designing and delivering induction and onboarding programmes.
- Demonstrated ability to design and deliver training content across classroom, virtual, and blended learning environments.
- Experience creating engaging learning resources and materials from scratch.
- Skilled in partnering with stakeholders to identify capability needs and translate them into practical development solutions.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills, confident engaging employees at all levels including senior leaders.
- Experience designing or implementing skills frameworks or competency models.
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and digital content creation tools.
