About the Role
Pinnacle Group are looking for a dedicated Bulk Operative to provide high standards of external cleanliness across various sites in Tulse Hill. You will join our Soft FM team based in London, responsible for a wide range of cleaning, grounds maintenance and caretaking services to ensure community assets are well-maintained.
Your role involves traveling to different sites to ensure bulk waste is removed efficiently and that sites remain health and safety compliant as well as aesthetically pleasing. You will be expected to work reliably, flexibly, and independently. If you take pride in maintaining clean, safe environments in a dynamic setting, we would love to hear from you.

Experience
Experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential. Reliability and the ability to work independently are key.
About you
- Must hold a full UK Driving Licence
- Good level of fitness as heavy lifting is required
- Must be over 21 years old due to insurance requirements for driving
- Physically fit and able to operate heavy cleaning machinery

Qualifications
No formal qualifications are required for this role, but a positive attitude, reliability and willingness to learn are essential.
