About the Role
Pinnacle Group is seeking an experienced Deputy Property Manager to support the delivery of high-quality property management services at Barking Riverside. This role involves daily oversight of contractor activity to ensure repairs and planned preventative maintenance works are completed to specification. You will assist with insurance claims, stakeholder reporting, and manage resident communications across multiple channels. Working closely with the Property Manager, you will contribute to service charge budgeting, contractor payments, and block management activities including site inspections. The role also includes supporting resident engagement initiatives and coordinating meetings, events, and AGMs.

You will join the Residential Property Management team based in Barking, which oversees large, complex residential developments on behalf of Institutional Investors, Developers, and Residents’ Management Companies, providing comprehensive leasehold and block management services.

Experience
- Proven experience in residential block management, including site inspections and reporting
- Strong understanding of service charge budgeting, invoicing, and leaseholder queries
- Confident in managing contractors and handling insurance claims from instruction to completion
