About the Role
Pinnacle Group is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to oversee the Soft Services grounds maintenance contracts across multiple sites. You will be responsible for managing the delivery of high-quality grounds maintenance services, ensuring compliance with budget requirements and maintaining excellent service standards. Based within our Soft FM team in Lambeth, you will support a wide range of cleaning, grounds maintenance, and caretaking services to keep community assets well-maintained.

The role requires frequent travel across South London, with a company van and fuel card provided to support this. You will lead the planning, scheduling, and supervision of grounds maintenance operations including grass cutting, hedge trimming, planting, weed control, and seasonal landscaping. Managing teams of operatives, conducting audits, inspections, and risk assessments, and driving continuous improvement will be key responsibilities.

Experience
- Proven experience managing outsourced service contracts within facilities management, specifically grounds maintenance
- Demonstrable track record in multi-site facilities management
- Strong budget management skills with full profit and loss accountability
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance standards related to outdoor and environmental services

- Excellent communication skills to manage client and stakeholder relationships
- Ability to lead and develop teams, ensuring high standards and continuous improvement

Qualifications
- IOSH Managing Safely qualification or equivalent is advantageous
