About the Role
Pinnacle Group is seeking a dedicated Bulk Operative to join our Facilities Management Team. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene by removing bulk waste from residential properties and disposing of it at designated sites. This role involves working across multiple locations in Wembley and Islington, supporting the Bulk Operative team as needed. You will ensure a clean, safe, and healthy environment for staff, users, and visitors to a high standard. Reliability, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering excellence are essential. Experience
Experience in bulk waste removal or facilities management is advantageous but not essential. Full training will be provided.

- Reliable and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Physically fit and able to perform heavy lifting and operate cleaning machinery
- Committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety
- Willing to work across multiple sites within the Wembley and Islington areas
- Must be over 21 years old due to insurance requirements for driving company vehicles

Qualifications
- Full UK Driving License is essential
- Ability to carry out daily vehicle maintenance checks and responsibly operate company vehicles
- Good level of fitness required due to physical nature of the role
