In this role, you will manage, grow, and develop our existing customer base while sourcing new business opportunities. You will be a lively and positive individual with a minimum of 1 year sales experience, demonstrating drive, commitment, and enthusiasm. Using your listening, influencing, and persuasive skills, you will build strong B2B relationships and help exceed Parts Sales Budgets.

You will attend a residential induction academy for your first two days, where you will learn all about our business in a supportive environment. Experience
Minimum of 1 year sales experience, preferably within the motor industry or a similar sector. Proven ability to meet targets and objectives in a fast-paced environment.

About you
Self-motivated, positive, and enthusiastic individual with strong consultative selling skills. Able to build and maintain strong B2B relationships and contribute effectively to your team and customers. Familiarity with the Stevenage and Hertfordshire area is desirable.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and proficient in general computer use.
