We continue to grow by expanding our electric vehicle sales, mobile servicing, and commercial and fleet vehicle offerings, providing more choice to our customers every day. We value diversity and inclusion as key to our success and thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

If you are a team player who can motivate and support others, have technical mechanical knowledge including warranty processes, and live within a commutable distance to a TrustFord site, this role could be ideal for you.
We offer a competitive salary along with an industry-leading benefits package including 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays) with an option to buy or sell leave, pension scheme, life assurance, Ford Privilege vehicle purchase scheme, discounts on service, bodyshop and parts, one day per year to volunteer for a charity of your choice, cycle to work scheme, and access to Perks at Work discount website.
Your first two days will be spent at our residential induction academy in Northampton countryside, where you will learn all about our business before starting your role.
TrustFord is proud to foster an inclusive and diverse workplace through our colleague network groups supporting race, LGBTQ+, disability, and gender diversity. We welcome applications from all backgrounds and are happy to discuss flexible working arrangements to support your needs.
