About the Role
At TrustFord, we share an ambition to be recognised as the benchmark in all of our operations. We continue to grow by selling more electric vehicles, expanding mobile servicing, and increasing our commercial and fleet vehicle offerings, providing more choice to our customers every day. We are committed to becoming a more diverse and inclusive business while maintaining a fast-paced, 100% customer-focused environment.
We have a great opportunity for an experienced Workshop Controller to join our team. Reporting to the Service Manager, you will oversee the staff and facilities of the Workshop efficiently. If you are a team player with a technical or parts background, able to motivate and support your team, and have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role, this could be the role for you.
A Day in the Life of a Workshop Controller involves driving standards in customer care while supporting your team to achieve business goals.
We offer a competitive salary along with an industry-leading benefits package including 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays) with an annual leave purchase & sale scheme, pension scheme, life assurance, Ford Privilege vehicle purchase scheme, discounts on Service, Bodyshop and Parts, one day per year to volunteer for a charity of your choice, cycle to work purchase scheme, and access to Perks at Work discount website.
New starters attend a residential induction academy for five days at a hotel in the Northampton countryside to learn about our business before starting their role.
TrustFord values inclusion and diversity, supported by our colleague network groups including Race, LGBTQ+, Disability, and Gender Networks. We welcome applications from all backgrounds and are happy to discuss flexible working arrangements to support inclusivity.
